Every organization should have a system in place where staff, volunteers, or the general republic can safely report abuses such as corruption or fraud within or associated with your organization. Transparency Solutions has created a “Whistleblower’s Portal” where we can receive and manage all incoming reports, and pursue them in accordance with your organization’s anti-corruption policy.
This service will be offered by monthly subscription, and will include:
- Access to use our “Whistleblower’s Portal” — a 24/7 tip-line with the confidence and security that comes with 3rd party management and oversight
- A “seal” that can be placed on your website linking to our “Whistleblower’s Portal”
- Prompt and confidential access to anonymous “Whistleblower Reports”
To be eligible for this service, your organization must have:
- A clear Anti-Corruption Policy, specifically defining:
- Tiered levels of corruption with respective consequences, and
- A clear procedure for how reports are investigated and pursued
- Multiple points of contact across the organization (Eg. Board, Management, Country-level) with the authority to investigate and pursue reports
